Job summary

Prestwick Group in Sussex, WI is seeking Assemblers to join a team building high-quality furnishings. You will work with power tools to assemble products to meet safety and quality standards, ensuring timely production.

As an assembler, you will pull parts, follow established steps, maintain a clean workspace, communicate with leadership about issues, and follow all safety policies to contribute to KPI achievement.

Salary: $20.00 Hourly

Shift: First Shift

Purpose: To work with a team to assemble high-quality furnishings while helping achieve company goals and KPIs.

Position Overview

Prestwick Assemblers are responsible for assembling our products using a range of power tools and fasteners. They must ensure that the items they assemble are produced in a way that is efficient, safe, timely, and focused on quality. The Assemblers must also update the Production Supervisor or Production Manager regarding any issues or needs that may arise during the process. The following are some of the expectations and responsibilities of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews provided information and prints. Pulls correct parts and assembles products per requirements using the necessary/established steps.


• Maintains work area and organizes/puts away tools, supplies, and materials in the assigned locations.


• Communicate with leadership and other team members regarding problems, concerns, status, and improvement ideas.


• Seeks to improve job knowledge.


• Follows all safety requirements, work rules, and company policies.


• Assists in all other operations departments as required.

This position is responsible for but not limited to all the tasks and duties listed above
