Job summary

CorTech LLC in Westbury, NY is seeking an Assembler for the 1st shift to perform product assembly following established procedures in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have good hand dexterity, attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

The company will provide training and certifications as needed upon hire. This is a full-time position with core hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at a rate of $20/hr.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Prior mechanical assembler experience is a strong plus.
• Training and certifications will be provided on hire.

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core work hours of 7:00 AM. To 3:30 PM and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status." Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or GED. Prior experience as a mechanical assembler is a strong plus or other job that requires mechanical abilities.
