This Manufacturing Technician role focuses on assembling, testing, and calibrating complex scientific instruments to support production goals within a dedicated work cell. The position involves hands-on assembly, material handling, inventory verification, and active participation in a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies for complex scientific instruments according to established procedures and quality standards.

• Install completed assemblies into final instrument builds to ensure proper fit, function, and performance.

• Follow detailed mechanical, electrical, and optical work instructions with accuracy and consistency.

• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and other appropriate equipment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The schedule is a first-shift assignment, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
