Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift assembler to perform a range of production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical subsystems. The role involves following diagrams, layouts, and using hand and power tools, with quality checks on moving assemblies.

The position runs on a 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday. Training class is scheduled to begin October 5, 2026, at the facility in New York.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies per diagrams and drawings
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Perform continuity checks on in-process and finished work
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype assemblies as needed

**Job Description:**Assembler - 2nd ShiftPerforms a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools,. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
