Job summary

Innofiber is seeking an assembler to join our fiber optic assembly team. You will assemble fiber optic cable components, cut, strip, and terminate cables, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Candidates should be able to read technical drawings, pay attention to detail, work independently or as part of a team, and lift up to 50 pounds; good English reading/writing required.

We are committed to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. The Assembler will work on fiber optic assembly of basic medical assembly and complex industrial assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble fiber optic cable components according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment to cut, strip, and terminate fiber optic cables.
• Ensure that assembled cables meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair cables as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
