Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Sioux Falls is seeking Assemblers to join our production team. You will start and prepare the production line at each shift and assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools.

You will monitor product flow, maintain line speed to meet production goals, follow SOS and quality standards, inspect tools, report defects, keep a clean workspace, and communicate with teammates and leadership to support production flow.

Qualifications

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Prior experience with staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred.
  • Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

  • Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools.
  • Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays.
  • Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly.
  • Inspect all tools to ensure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
