Job summary

Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand. **Job Description:**We are currently looking to add Assemblers to our team! **Responsibilities:*** Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift* Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met* Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools* Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays* Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly* Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.* Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area* Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow* Follow all company safety policies and procedures**Qualifications:*** Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity* Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred* Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Strong attention to detail and quality standards* Ability to follow detailed work instructions**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand for extended periods of time* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.* Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping* Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations**Equal Employment Opportunity**MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
