Charter Arms is seeking a detail-oriented Revolver Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. You will assemble revolvers and related components following established procedures, drawings, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong manual dexterity, a passion for precision, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior firearms or precision manufacturing experience is valued, with on-the-job training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble revolvers and related components per procedures, drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Perform detailed mechanical assembly using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Inspect components for fit, finish, and workmanship throughout assembly.
• Identify damaged or defective components and report to supervisor/quality personnel.
• Conduct functional and quality checks at various stages of assembly.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Handle, identify, and account for components during assembly.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, machining, and quality-control to resolve issues.
• Meet production schedules while upholding quality standards.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Revolver Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling revolvers and related components in accordance with established manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in precision workmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and understands that quality matters at every step of the manufacturing process. Experience with firearms, machining, mechanical assembly, or other precision manufacturing is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assemble revolvers and related components according to established procedures, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform detailed mechanical assembly using hand tools, measuring instruments, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect components for proper fit, finish, and workmanship throughout the assembly process.
• Identify damaged, defective, or improperly manufactured components and communicate issues to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel.
• Perform functional and quality checks at various stages of assembly.
