The Assembler II is a key position that supports the company’s goals by assembling multiple types of high‑quality Bush Hog products. The role requires learning and becoming familiar with four of the five types of assembly lines (Single Spindle, Finish Mower, Multi‑Spindle, Flex‑Wing or Zero‑Turn Lines) and performing manual labor on different production lines as needed.
Assembler responsibilities include ensuring that products meet Bush Hog standards, working under immediate supervision, collaborating closely with colleagues, and operating hoist, dollies, and pallet jacks to move products and parts throughout the assembly line.
Work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed to meet production schedules. Conditions include working in cramped spaces, standing approximately 10 hours per day, stooping and reaching constantly, and operating in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing plant.
