Location: Salem, VA
Pay Rate: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
Schedule:1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday

Job Duties
  • Assemble or disassemble on a production line. You may be asked to assist or train in multiple work cells.
  • Follow specified work instructions to assemble, test, and package products for shipment, as required.
  • Follow applicable ISO procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and in order.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Report malfunction of equipment and process deviations to appropriate personnel.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience in the use of hand or power tools for assembly purposes
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Able to follow written or verbal instructions
Physical Capabilities
  • Constant handling, reaching outward, lifting 10lbs or less
  • Frequent standing, walking
  • Occasional sitting, reaching up/over shoulder, climbing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs.

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling products according to engineering specifications and production requirements. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
