Addium is seeking an experienced Assembler in Pullman, WA to join the Assembly & Testing department. You will assemble mechanical and electronic components for Aqualab instrumentation, perform basic wiring and soldering, and conduct quality checks.

The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and process standards. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, good detail orientation, and the ability to read drawings.

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components of Aqualab instrumentation according to work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic wiring and soldering as required.
• Conduct visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and accuracy of assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Record production data, test results, and quality checks in designated areas.
• Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and lead/manager to meet production goals.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need

• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret simple drawings, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use hand tools, small power tools, and measurement instruments.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodations.
• A professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Positive, can-do spirit that contributes to a great team atmosphere.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check within one week of receiving an offer.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Pullman, WA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience

• Soldering, previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
