6AM City, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will work with small components using precision tools to perform assembly tasks.

Training is available for motivated candidates with less experience, and a strong work ethic is valued. The role involves reading technical drawings, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred, but less experience will be considered.
• Experience with microscopes or small components is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This position involves working with small components and precision tools to perform assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with 1-2 years of assembly experience are preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations using microscopes and precision hand tools
• Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and related tasks
• Use tweezers and other small hand tools to assemble components
• Operate automated assembly equipment as needed
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation
• Follow assembly procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors
