Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembler in Roswell, GA to read schematics and CAD models and assemble units such as power distribution units, static transfer switches, and energy storage systems. You will follow BOMs, prepare wiring harnesses, and perform electrical and light mechanical assembly in a climate-controlled shop.

The ideal candidate has experience with hand and power tools, soldering, crimping, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, CAD models, part drawings, and BOMs.
• Experience with soldering and crimping.
• Mechanical or electro-mechanical diploma is an asset.

• Understand and apply best practices for electro-static discharge handling requirements where necessary.
• Inspect parts for flaws and imperfections.
• Identify any missing parts from assemblies.

Work Environment

The work environment is well-lit and climate-controlled within a manufacturing setting. The shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roswell, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
