Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an Assembler in Bloomingdale, GA to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble products using hand tools, follow detailed work instructions, and help keep production lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line duties according to supervisor instructions and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment, machinery, and hand tools to support efficient production.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Load components onto the production line and pack completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety guidelines and production procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete other assigned duties to support manufacturing operations.

Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
Schedules:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday some Sat, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 7am to 4:30p
• Night Shift: Monday–Friday Some Sat, 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM and 5pm to 1:30am

• Ability to safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
