Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a manufacturing associate to assemble components and sub-assemblies, ensuring correct fit and quality. You will study instructions and blueprints, prepare parts, and maintain organized workstations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to multi-task. No experience required, but related manufacturing or maintenance background is a plus; teamwork and safety are emphasized. Training provided.

Qualifications

  • HS graduate or equivalent required.
  • No experience required; 1+ years preferred in controls, instrumentation, or equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists, gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Position parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Summary

Produces components by assembling parts and sub‑assemblies.

Position Qualifications
Education

HS Graduate or equivalent required

Experience
  • No experience required. 1+ years prior experience preferred working with controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
  • Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Activity

Constantly - 6+ hours : Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel, Reach above shoulder

Occasionally - 1 to 3 hrs. : Other as asked

Intermittent - : Lift to 50 lbs.
