Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to join our Jasper, Indiana team. You will assemble components by following assembly instructions, read blueprints, and inspect fit and finish while maintaining a safe work environment.

No prior experience is required; however, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are important. You will use basic tools and measuring devices, with opportunities for growth within a leading manufacturing company.

Qualifications

  • Education: HS Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No experience required.
  • 1+ years prior experience preferred working with controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
  • Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Position Summary

Produces components by assembling parts and sub‑assemblies.

Position Responsibilities

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
