  • Ability to safely use basic production and material-handling equipment, including box cutters, pallet jacks, and stretch wrap.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while following company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work.
  • Must regularly lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, stuff, tape, and prepare corrugated and plastic products according to specifications.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, product kits, and production documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed products and inspect team members’ work as needed.
  • Lift, palletize, and prepare completed products for storage or shipment.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks to move materials, products, and completed pallets.
  • Use stretch wrap to secure pallets and approved tools to open boxes or cut plastic wrap and straps.
  • Assist with hand-unloading trucks and stacking incoming materials onto pallets as needed.
  • Handle products and materials weighing approximately 17–25 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper disposal of production waste.
  • Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures; report defects, shortages, or other concerns to a supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Assembler position is responsible for assembling, preparing, inspecting, and packaging corrugated and plastic products in accordance with company quality and safety standards. This role supports daily production operations by assembling products to required specifications, performing quality checks, preparing completed products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
