Job summary

HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) Company is seeking a production assembler at our Hickory Metal Plant to support assembly lines and material handling in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will obtain materials, assemble frames, and perform quality checks while collaborating with teammates. Prior assembly experience helps, and physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs is required. This role offers hands-on opportunity within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count and do simple math.
• Production assembly experience is preferred.
• Must be able to use a pop rivet gun, stapler, and spring puller.
• Must be able to work with a partner.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain material for assembly.
• Place rails in racks, load assembly parts onto frame, and assemble frame and rails.
• Hang frame on paint line.
• Perform in process checks.
• Touch parts up with spray paint.

What You Will Do

• Obtain material for assembly.
