Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc in Wisconsin is seeking an Assembly I-III to support high‑volume production. You will follow work instructions, validate parts, assemble to spec, and maintain clean and safe work areas on site at Beaver Dam.

Assemble tier I-III tasks, train others, participate in continuous improvement, and use ERP systems like SAP. Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, onsite schedule.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; complex assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions, schematics and basic diagrams.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is a plus.

  • Perform basic to complex assembly tasks following drawings and specs.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to PPE and procedures.

The Assembler I will validate material prior to beginning assembly, review workinstructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures,comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.ASSEMBLER IIThe Assembler II is responsible for performing complex assembly work to manufacture products in a cost effective and timelymanner while fulfilling quality standards. The Assembler II will validate material prior to beginning assembly, review workinstructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures,comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE. The Assembler II will alsotrain other employees.ASSEMBLER III:The Assembler III is responsible for performing complex assembly work to manufacture products in a cost effective and timelymanner while fulfilling quality standards. The Assembler III will validate material prior to beginning assembly, review workinstructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures,comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.
