ADP, Inc. is seeking a reliable assembler to join our team in Flemington, NJ. You will assemble industrial machines and subassemblies from drawings, install shafts, bearings and hardware, and use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to read basic drawings, and adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and able to work M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or hands-on technical work.
• Familiarity with common hand tools (wrenches, drills, tape measure).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and how parts fit together.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or instructions.

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
• Ensure all components are installed correctly and function as intended
• Inspect work to maintain quality and accuracy standards
• Troubleshoot minor fitment or alignment issues during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands‑on technical experience
• Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, drills, tape measure, etc.)

• Experience working with bearings, chains, sprockets, or similar components is a plus
