Assembler I
Position Summary

The Assembler I is responsible for assembling mechanical and structural components according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards. This position supports production operations by ensuring products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report defective materials, parts, or equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
