Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a production assembler to join our Michigan facility. You will assemble components, verify specs, and help maintain efficient, safe production lines. No heavy experience is required, but prior manufacturing exposure is preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules.

The position is full-time, on-site in a manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Detail orientation and the ability to stand for extended periods.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish results.

Position Qualifications

Education

HS Graduate or equivalent required

Experience

• No experience required. 1+ years prior experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Activity

Constantly - 6+ hours : Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel, Reach above shoulder. Occasionally - 1 to 3 hrs. : Other as asked. Intermittent - : Lift to 55 lbs.
