Job summary

Allegion is hiring for an Assembler at the Cincinnati, OH Steelcraft facility. The role involves performing production tasks, loading and unloading materials, and assisting Machine Operators to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

You will work on a fast-paced team and contribute to delivering quality components. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift 25–50 lbs, and perform physical routines including reaching, bending, and occasional kneeling.

Qualifications

• Must have good vision with depth perception and ability to distinguish colors.
• Stand for long periods and maintain balance.
• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling heavier items.
• Occasional walking, climbing, kneeling, and crouching may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks to assist Machine Operators.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and supplies.
