Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented electronics assembler to join our team in Massachusetts. You will assemble components and sub-assemblies per instructions, using microscopes and test equipment to ensure quality.

Reading and interpreting instructions, handling a range of component sizes, and accurate data entry are essential. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
• Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and workflows.
• Handle small to large components, sometimes with magnification.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).
• Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.

Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.
Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification.
Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, and screwdrivers).
Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
Collaborate with teams members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
