Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent assembly experience.
• 2+ years of recent inventory/cycle counting experience.
• Visual inspection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with standard manufacturing practices and equipment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Document inventory and quality management production data, including quantities produced, defects identified, and materials used.
• Assemble subcomponents of products, following detailed assembly instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections of the parts to check for pre-prescribed defects.
• Meeting production targets and deadlines to ensure timely customer orders.
• Monitor machinery and equipment used in manufacturing to ensure products meet specs.
• Remove parts from machines manually.
• Correct defects using general tools based on feedback.
• Package finished products for shipping and label according to orders.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely product delivery that meets specs.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to ensure quality output.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Recent assembly experience
• 2+ years of Recentinventory/ cycle counting experience
• Visual inspection experience
• Machine Operating experience is a plus
• Will frequently need to reach with hands and arms while standing and walking as part of the role.
• Occasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds may be required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with standard manufacturing practices and equipment.
• Experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
