Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring for several Assembly and Manufacturing positions in the Tulsa area. These are hands‑on opportunities in aerospace, manufacturing, and production environments.

Positions offer $18–$22/hour with multiple shifts available. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with opportunities across various assembly and production roles in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with small components.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, drawings, or procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive hands-on work.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electronic, or aerospace components.
• Use hand tools, shop equipment, presses, soldering stations, and other equipment.
• Perform detailed bench assembly and production work.
• Work with wiring, small components, glass, wood, screens, or other materials.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Document materials and components used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA, FAA, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned.

ASSEMBLY & MANUFACTURING – PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly and precision work
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift and move materials depending on the position
• Ability to perform close visual work and work with small components
• Ability to safely use required tools and equipment

ASSEMBLY & MANUFACTURING – ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Some positions may require:

• FAA-regulated drug screening
• Background check
• Respirator fit testingi>
• Respirator use and compliance with respiratory protection procedures
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. depending on the position
• Clean‑shaven appearance when required for respirator use
• Additional safety or PPE requirements
