Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Additional manufacturing, assembly, or technical training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 months of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow basic work instructions, work orders, and production documentation.
  • Basic math and measurement skills, including accurate use of a tape measure.
  • Ability to follow one- and two-step instructions and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, sanders, scrapers, hand files, and material-handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and workplace cleanliness.
Job Duties
  • Remove plastic flashing using hand files, scrapers, sanders, and other tools to prepare quality parts.
  • Cut, grind, trim, and prepare composite and plastic components according to production specifications.
  • Prepare components for foaming and other downstream manufacturing processes.
  • Assemble products using adhesives, bolts, screws, rivets, and other fastening methods.
  • Clean and inspect finished products before shipment.
  • Safely move materials and products using hand pallet jacks.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition.
  • Follow production procedures, safety requirements, material-handling practices, and quality standards.
  • Report equipment repair needs and support efficient production operations through teamwork and attention to detail.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
