Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 3+ years biotech/pharma industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-throughput screening (HTS) assays including cAMP.
• Conduct binding assays (filtration-based and SPA radioligand).
• Apply TR-FRET, luminescence, and mass spectrometry to enzymes and interactions.
• Perform functional cell-based stability and activity assays.
• Grow and maintain stable mammalian cell lines.
