Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; biology preferred.
• 4–6 years of post-college lab experience in assay development or related field.
• Proficiency with pipetting, balances, stir plates and related wet-lab methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute assay development experiments and established protocols with minimal supervision.
• Analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to study design using technical expertise and critical thinking.
• Prepare protocols, reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; present findings.
