Job summary

Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, seeks a Research Associate II & III - Assay Development in Tucson, AZ. You will design, execute, and interpret experiments, prepare technical reports, and maintain GMP/GLP-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include protocol execution, data analysis, record-keeping, and collaboration within a team to drive project progress and process improvements. Strong communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
Experience: 2–6 years in relevant post-college roles.
Proficiency with common wet-lab techniques and basic data handling.
Strong communication, detail-orientation, and collaborative mindset.
Experience with SAFe/Agile planning processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision, observe and analyze data.
Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and analyses; maintain records.
Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate in a team by providing creative input to project planning.
Contribute to process improvements and identify patentable ideas.
Train colleagues and ensure quality and adherence to first-time quality standards.
Judge methods and techniques for solving complex problems.
