Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a qualified Engineering Technologist/Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and partner safety procedures and to follow SOPs for issue resolution.

Successful candidates will perform PCP/CCP checks, pass Ramsay Level 1, and collaborate with Leaders to ensure continuous safety and quality in production, including responding to outages and following established reaction plans.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment in assigned area.
• Adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE as required.
• Knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment in the assigned area.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures for the position.
• Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position.
• Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and contact TA/TL as needed.
• Pass Ramsay Mechanical Level 1 certification.
