Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Repair technician to maintain, repair, design and calibrate plant systems and equipment. The role involves programming data management for process data and upgrading electronic/PC-controlled machinery, including robotic systems.

You will ensure safe operation and follow standard operating procedures related to food safety and partner safety. You will work on PCP/CCP checks and respond to outages following established reaction plans, collaborating

Qualifications

Must score Level 1 on Ramsay Mechanical Tests.
Must score Level 1 on Ramsay Electrical Tests.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, design and calibrate building systems and plant equipment.
Design, program and configure data management systems to collect and store process information.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade PLC-based, computer-controlled systems such as robotic machines.
Ensure safe and effective operation of all plant equipment and adherence to Food Safety and Partner Safety SOPs.
Perform PCP and CCP checks and follow reaction plans for outages and requirements.
