Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Pittsburgh, PA. The installer will perform safe bath/shower remodels, install new components, and ensure a clean, customer-friendly project site. Duties include loading, traveling to homes, educating customers, and collecting paperwork with a focus on quality and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on carpentry, plumbing, and tool use with a strong emphasis on meeting company SOPs and providing a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
