The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and quick project turnarounds. Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited), EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months, and 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited college.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 0–1 years of relevant structural design experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design calculations for building components (steel beams, columns, concrete elements).
• Assist with plan production (CAD/REVIT drawings) and quantity development.
• Support field investigations and construction inspections.
• Develop design alternatives to provide options for clients.
• Communicate findings effectively in writing and verbally.
