Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales targets.
• Familiarity with inventory, merchandising, and POS systems.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data to make decisions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Learn strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Support inventory levels and product availability.
• Participate in training for customer service, merchandising, and team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies for a safe, productive store.
• Collaborate to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Analyze sales reports and feedback to identify improvements.
• Work with Store Manager to develop promotional strategies.
