Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver WOW! customer service.
• Manage monthly P&L statements and optimize store profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold structured training processes.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training of employees.
