Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training for our Abbeville, LA location. You will learn to recruit and train staff, supervise store operations, manage scheduling, and maintain a strong customer service focus while upholding company standards.

The role includes developing leadership skills, coordinating with suppliers, and driving daily sales and profit through effective merchandising and staff performance. This is a full-time training path with hands-on practice.

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred and retail experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to supervise and manage site operations and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings and bank visits.
