Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any major) or high school diploma with two years supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to relocate for promotion if offered

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline
• Supervise front end and pharmacy operations, inventory, and store resets
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive store improvements
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to execute company strategies
• Ensure safety, cash handling, policy compliance, and regulatory adherence
