Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school teams and families to implement SESI’s instruction and CASE PBIS framework.
• Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies while ensuring safety.
• Maintain student documents including IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals and progress.
