This full-time fellowship is anchored in feedback, immersion, and professional development, guided by regional leadership.

The role emphasizes instructional leadership, teacher development, and family engagement, with ongoing coaching from experienced principals and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Passionate commitment to mission and expanding opportunities for students.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development experience.
• Demonstrates tenacity, ownership, and growth mindset.
• Experience leading teachers and managing school culture.
• Experience with data-driven instructional leadership desirable.
• At least 3 years of teaching with growth, plus 1 year coaching/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support principal-level leadership pathways within a regional framework.
• Provide high-leverage feedback via classroom observations and coaching.
• Participate in cross-regional professional development with other principals.
• Collaborate with hosts and directors to plan school immersion and leadership growth.
