In this role you may assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and help drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and goals.
• Keep management informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Perform administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold policies.
