Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, NE is seeking a Student Radiology Technologist to assist in radiographic procedures and patient care under supervision.

You will work with DR/CR systems, position patients, and maintain equipment and records while following radiation safety standards. This on-call role provides opportunities to develop clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Temporary Medical Radiographer (RAD.TEMP) or Limited Radiologic Technologist (RAD.LIM) license required, if applicable per state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs limited diagnostic radiographic procedures under supervision.
• Assists with radiographic procedures including portable exams, C-arm, and general x-ray.
• Positions and instructs patients for exams using immobilization and protective devices.
