You will work under experienced mentors to learn project management skills, with hands-on exposure across locations and departments. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to travel up to 75% during training and potentially relocate within Carter’s territory.

Responsibilities

• The Project Management Trainee will perform duties in pre-assigned locations and departments under the direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience for promotion.
• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to project management within the power systems division.
• Support assigned projects and contribute to customer-focused outcomes.
