Carter Machinery Co. Inc. in Elkridge, Maryland is seeking a Project Management Trainee to join our power systems division.

You will work under experienced mentors to learn project management skills, with hands-on exposure across locations and departments. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to travel up to 75% during training and potentially relocate within Carter’s territory.

Seeking Candidates with:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree in related field or three years related work experience, preferred
