Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience managing moderately complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Travel up to 40% may be required.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation to closeout with timely task completion and clear stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management best practices.
• Coordinate activities across teams, lead meetings, and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
• Track contract deliverables and assist with processing invoices and payments.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation and risk management plans.
