• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Strong Microsoft Office skill set, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own project set up across business systems
• Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including calendar and capacity planning
• Maintain systems and task trackers for internal reporting
• Organize and document internal and external meetings
• Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure established deadlines are met
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalation issues as necessary
• Assist in preparation for customer facing and external reporting
• Facilitate communication with cross functional teams including internal and external stakeholders
