Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an Associate Attorney for a 100% in-office role in Dallas, Texas. Active Texas Bar license is required, and newly licensed attorneys will be considered.

The position offers a substantial role in client-facing litigation on breach-of-warranty and Texas DTPA matters, with exposure to the full lifecycle from evaluation to trial. The attorney will divide time between evaluating prospective clients and managing existing dockets, with base salary of

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 1-3 years plaintiff-side experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential breach-of-warranty and Texas DTPA claims by reviewing documents and records.
• Communicate with prospective clients to assess claims and establish attorney-client relationships.
• Manage matters from initial evaluation through pre-litigation, litigation, mediation, settlement, and trial.
• Maintain regular communications with clients on case developments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case evaluation, litigation strategy, and development.
• Maintain organized case files and participate in strategy meetings.
• Track case activity, results, and client-service metrics.
