Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Texas is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full director responsibilities while continuing to service clients. You will help develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an outstanding member experience at the club, with the aim of advancing to a full Personal Training Director.

You will support recruitment and onboarding, lead team and one-on-one meetings, coach trainers on sessions and program design,

Qualifications

• Leadership development and trainer coaching experience preferred.
• Experience building and retaining a personal client base preferred.
• Interest in advancing into a Director role.
• Ability to recruit and onboard new trainers.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to meet revenue and enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the PT Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions with direction and motivation.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership coursework and Director readiness on schedule.
• Model company standards and Core Values on the floor.
