Clear Align, LLC is seeking an Optical Polishing Operator (Entry Level) in Nashua, NH to train in spindle polishing, pitch laps, and inspection of optical components for defense, aerospace, and national security applications.

You will start on first shift for 3–6 months to complete training, then transition permanently to second shift. Learn to measure with interferometers and calipers, document production, and contribute to quality and process improvements.

• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues promptly.
• Support training and transition to second-shift production.
