Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to learn computer systems (Solar Eclipse, Mincron) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training and mentoring to learn profit center jobs and develop leadership skills.
• Achieve training goals and timelines; master all positions.
• Build knowledge of products and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist customers with merchandise and safety training.
